西安交大在電化學雙電極大規模生產高質量石墨烯研究方面取得新進展
電(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)方法(fa)(fa)是在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),通過陽極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)或者陰(yin)極(ji)還(huan)原(yuan)石(shi)墨(mo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),驅動電(dian)(dian)解液中(zhong)的離(li)子嵌(qian)入到石(shi)墨(mo)層(ceng)中(zhong)致使(shi)石(shi)墨(mo)結構發生(sheng)膨(peng)脹、層(ceng)間(jian)相互作(zuo)用(yong)力減弱(ruo)并隨之產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)剝(bo)離(li)。與上述方法(fa)(fa)相比,電(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)方法(fa)(fa)制(zhi)備石(shi)墨(mo)烯具有設(she)備簡單、過程高效、環(huan)境(jing)相對友好、成(cheng)本低廉、可控性(xing)強且(qie)制(zhi)備周期短等(deng)優點(dian),是一種(zhong)有很大潛力的大規模生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)石(shi)墨(mo)烯的方法(fa)(fa)。陽極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)法(fa)(fa)容(rong)易在(zai)石(shi)墨(mo)烯上產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)大量氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)缺陷(xian),陰(yin)極(ji)還(huan)原(yuan)剝(bo)離(li)能(neng)避免(mian)含氧基團的生(sheng)成(cheng),但制(zhi)備的石(shi)墨(mo)烯產(chan)(chan)率并…
